Based on the developmental milestones outlined by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the goals of Passport 2 Readiness are to:

• Educate parents about the milestones each child should reach in how they play, learn, speak, acts and moves.
• Provide access to activities in the community that support the milestones.
• Reward parents with developmentally appropriate toys and books that encourage continued engagement between children and their caregivers.
